We patrolled downtown Los Angeles for Sue Wong’s Fall Presentation at the designer’s atelier. Even before the fashion show started, we were treated to one on the red carpet when celebrities showed up wearing Sue Wong’s creation one after the other. We spoke to some of them to find out what they love about what they are wearing.

“I want to wear more of them,” say Bridget Marquardt about the Sue Wong gown that she is wearing and is in love with. “I do like the plunging neckline but it’s not mandatory. What I love about it is the beading and most of her dresses have beading in some way and I also like how some of them feel kind of vintagey flair to them, 1920′s flapper-y, sort of, with the feathers and the things like that and I love that kind of stuff.”
Bridget, who just launched her website, will be coming out with a new watch line soon and is also in talks for a possible new TV show.

Baroness Monica von Neumann who is busy with her new show, candle line, philanthrophic works and being a mom adores the bead work of Wong’s creation. “Beading is amazing, very feminine, I love it.” She finished the look with Christian Louboutin and a Cartier watch.

Former Pussycat Doll Jessica Sutta feels like a princess in her Sue Wong dress. “I love the color and I love the fit.” She finished the look with vintage earrings she got on tour because she likes it bare. “I like it to be all about the dress!”

Hannah Montana’s Romi Dames knew how to accessorize the plunging neckline of her Sue Wong dress – she wore it with a Guy and Eva necklace. “I got this beautiful Sue Wong dress and I’m so excited about it,” she adds. She finished the look with Guess heels and a clutch given by her friend.

“It’s the cutest thing ever, says ‘Lost’ star Mirelly Taylor. Her strapless feather dress makes her fee like a baby doll. “It has beading all around, I love it.”

Two and a Half Men” star Jennifer Taylor confessed that she is not a fashion person. “My husband is like, ‘go be like a real woman and go out and buy something.’” But she picked this purple Sue Wong number by herself which she described as simple, elegant and sexy. Gold Oscar de la Renta heels and a Beth Springer clutch complete her look.

“You can tell it’s Sue Wong by the bright beautiful colors and the beading. I love her details, say Lauren C. Mayhew about her dress. Lauren just finished a movie called “Take and Search for Katie” and her single “What You Don’t Know” will be out on MTV on May 18th.

Kate Linder was so proud and confident to be wearing Sue Wong’s dress from the Fall 2010 collection with vintage heels. “This is new, it’s not even out yet!” She loves the flirty feel and that it makes her feel good wearing it,” Kate said. If you feel like you look good, then you feel good. Kate is on her 28th year on her soap, “The Young and the Restless.”

Model Giglianne Braga actually brought home five Sue Wong dresses to try on and she chose this sweet pastel color. “This one looks the best and I am wearing it tonight. Beautiful color, fits me well and I love the details.” Giglianne brought her 24/7 camera crew given she will be appearing in a new reality show.

“I used to be a ballerina,” says country singer Katherine Bailess when asked why she loves Sue Wong dresses. “I still take ballet and I think she caters more to feminine women and she is always giving everyone this beautiful neckline and spaghetti straps. She has a whole array of different things that’s why I always like her. Plus she is so creative and she has a gorgeous line that shows a woman’s figure. I think that’s one of her strong points.” She finished the look with a BCBG purse and Stuart Weitzman heels.

Lauren Elaine (Criminal Minds) tried on seven Sue Wong dresses and had a hard time choosing which one to wear for this event. She finally settled with this white and gold dress with a plunging neckline and embellishments on the waist. “I love the metallic threads and the chiffon and the details. I am all about the details. I think this is really unique,” she said.

Alexandra Leighton who is busy writing a book and a new film project also showed up in a strapless Sue Wong creation. She has been wearing Sue Wong since she was 15. “I wear her dresses to homecoming and proms. The first time, I really felt glamorous was when I wore Sue Wong, so it’s really wonderful to be here and celebrate Sue today.”
